Shipping & Delivery

Free Singapore Delivery

We offer free delivery on all LUMI Move orders within Singapore.

No minimum spend and no surprise shipping charges at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days once dispatched.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, service disruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at hello@lumimove.sg. We’ll do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we may not be able to make changes once the order has been handed over for delivery.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@lumimove.sg and we’ll help investigate the delivery with the courier.
