What makes LUMI Move shoes different?
LUMI Move shoes are designed around natural movement, with a focus on giving growing feet room and flexibility.
Our core design principles are a wide toe box, zero drop sole and flexible construction. We combine these with playful details that little movers actually want to wear.

Are LUMI Move shoes barefoot shoes?
We describe LUMI Move as natural movement footwear rather than fully barefoot shoes.
Our shoes incorporate minimalist-inspired features such as a wide toe box, zero drop and flexible sole, while still providing practical protection for everyday adventures.

What is a wide toe box?
A wide toe box gives little toes room to spread naturally instead of being squeezed together at the front of the shoe.
It's one of the key features we consider when designing every LUMI Move style.

What does zero drop mean?
Zero drop means the heel and toes sit at the same level, rather than the heel being raised higher than the front of the foot.
We use zero drop across our LUMI Move designs as part of our natural movement approach.

Why are LUMI Move soles flexible?
Children move in every direction: running, climbing, jumping and exploring.
Our flexible soles are designed to move more naturally with little feet rather than feeling stiff or restrictive.

Are the Jelly Shoes waterproof?
Yes. Our Jelly Shoes are waterproof and easy to wipe or rinse clean, making them ideal for the beach, pool, playground, holidays and messy everyday adventures.

What are the Jelly Shoes made from?
Our Jelly Shoes are made from soft PVC.
The one-piece design is lightweight, flexible, waterproof and easy to care for.

Have the Jelly Shoes been independently tested?
Yes. LUMI Move independently commissioned testing of our Jelly Shoes through SGS.
The tested sample returned Not Detected results for the seven phthalates included in the completed test report.

What is the sun inside the Jelly Shoes for?
The sun graphic is our simple left and right guide.
Little ones can match the two halves of the sun to help work out which shoe belongs on which foot. It's a small detail designed to make getting ready a little easier.

How do I clean the Jelly Shoes?
Simply wipe or rinse them clean with water and let them air dry. Avoid placing them near direct heat or using harsh cleaning products. Slight fading of the logo over time is completely normal and won't affect the shoe's fit or function.

How do I clean the Princess Shoes?

Gently wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth and allow the shoes to air dry naturally.Avoid soaking them or placing them near direct heat to help protect the finish and materials. Slight fading of the logo over time is normal and won't affect the shoe's fit or function.

How do I choose the right size?
Because our Princess Shoe and Jelly Shoe use different sizing systems, each style has its own size chart and measuring instructions in our LUMI Move Size Guide.
We recommend measuring your child's feet before ordering rather than relying only on the size they currently wear in another brand.

What if I order the wrong size?
We know choosing children's shoe sizes online can be tricky.
If the fit isn't quite right, you can return the unworn pair to us for a size or colour exchange within 14 days of delivery. You'll cover the postage back to LUMI Move, and we'll cover the delivery of your replacement pair back to you.

How long does delivery take?
We offer free delivery on all LUMI Move orders within Singapore.
Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days once dispatched. Tracking details will be provided when your order is on its way.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. Shoes can be returned for a size or colour exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed and returned with their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for the postage cost of returning the shoes to our nominated return address. Once we receive and inspect your return, LUMI Move will cover the delivery cost of sending your replacement pair to you.
